Type 2 Charging Cable 22 kW 5 Metres

Loose charging cable from Zaptec, type 2 to type 2, three-phase. Rated for 32 A and 22 kW, with a length of 5 metres. Needed with every charging station that has a socket, so also with the Zaptec Go, Go 2 and Pro.

Specifications

The cable is built to IEC 62196-2 and works up to 480 volts AC. IP54 and a range from minus 30 to plus 50 degrees, so leaving it outside is no problem.

What to watch out for

Five metres sounds like a lot, but measure from your charge point to the car's charging port, allowing for a bend and without pulling the cable tight. If the car is parked facing the other way, you often just fall short. In that case the 7.5 metre version is the safer choice.

Zaptec gives two years warranty on charging cables, shorter than the five years on the charging stations themselves.

If your car only charges on one phase, the power stays limited because of that. The cable is not the limiting factor then.
