20.4 kWh home battery with hybrid inverter, single-phase

The inverter here is a SolaX X1 Hybrid 5.0-G4, with four Triple Power modules of 5.1 kWh added for a total of 20.4 kWh of storage.

We often see this size come back at homes that just had a heat pump installed, or that are considering charging an electric car at home through a regular single-phase charger. The connection stays single-phase, but usage already sits well above a family without that equipment. For a household without a heat pump or car this is probably more capacity than needed.

Four modules on this inverter is a configuration SolaX names explicitly in its own documentation for the X1 Hybrid G4, not something we put together based on whatever happens to be in stock. The bundle price is and stays the sum of inverter and modules separately, rounded down, with certified installation to the Dutch NEN 1010 standard included. So you never pay more than if you ordered everything separately.
