Sigenergy SigenStor NEO BAT 8.0

The Sigenergy SigenStor NEO BAT 8.0 is a separate battery module with 7.52 kWh total storage capacity. It is intended for a SigenStor NEO system. The controller and mounting kit are sold separately.

Use this module to build a new NEO system or extend a compatible existing NEO installation. Check the exact range before ordering: standard SigenStor and NEO are different product lines.

Capacity and power

This module supports up to 3.8 kW charging and 4.8 kW discharging. Capacity in kWh describes stored energy. Power in kW describes how quickly energy can move. The controller and system settings also limit actual performance.

One NEO controller supports one to six NEO BAT modules. This version weighs 65 kg and uses LiFePO4 cells. Your installer must check the mounting location and the size appropriate for your consumption.

Other parts required

A working system also needs a compatible NEO Energy Controller, a NEO mounting kit and grid-connection metering. Cabling and protection depend on the installation. Choose a complete hardware package if you do not already have these parts.

This battery does not plug into a wall socket. Before expanding an existing system, have its controller, mounting arrangement and modules checked. A larger battery is useful only if you have energy to store and a reason to use it later.

Can it operate on its own?

No. It requires a compatible NEO controller and installation.
