27.12 kWh home battery with hybrid inverter, 3-phase

Three SigenStor Battery 10.0 modules on the three-phase Sigen Energy Controller 8.0 kW give this package some breathing room above the entry level: 27.12 kWh usable capacity (3 x 9.04 kWh). With 8 kW spread across three phases, this inverter can also handle heavier simultaneous loads, such as a heat pump kicking in while the car charges.

Three modules suit a house with a heat pump and a car that charges at home, on a three-phase connection with solid annual consumption. For a household without a heat pump this is usually too large; that combination is better matched to the version with one or two modules in this range.

Sigenergy tests and documents this combination itself: in the datasheet of the Sigen Battery the performance figures are based on the SigenStor BAT 10.0 with the three-phase Energy Controller. We're not putting together components here that the manufacturer doesn't already describe as a combination.

Add up the inverter and the three modules separately and round down, and you arrive at the package price. You pay no more than buying separately, but you don't have to work out yourself which three modules suit this heavier inverter.
