Terms and conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with Batterij-Outlet.nl. They are based on Dutch consumer law and will be legally finalised before the shop goes live.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer and every agreement between Batterij-Outlet.nl and the customer, unless deviated from in writing.

2. Offer and prices

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us.

3. Agreement

The agreement is concluded the moment we confirm your order.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide. Stated delivery times are indicative and do not count as a strict deadline, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period, with the legal exceptions listed on the Shipping and returns page, including products that have been installed or taken into use.

6. Warranty and conformity

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you are entitled to a product that meets the agreement (legal conformity). Manufacturer warranties apply according to the terms of the manufacturer in question.

7. Installation as a separate service

Installation is a separate service, carried out by a certified installation company. Additional terms may apply to that service; these are made known in advance.

8. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered. If you pay afterwards or in instalments, the payment provider's terms apply.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint, let us know. We respond within a reasonable period and work with you to find a solution.
