36.16 kWh home battery with backup power, 3-phase

Four battery modules of 9.04 kWh, a Sigen Energy Controller of 8 kW, the 3-phase Power Sensor and the Sigen Energy Gateway HomePro TP of 30 kW. Together 36.16 kWh with backup power across all three phases.
This is the heaviest home package we put together. Beyond this it becomes custom work and goes through a quote, because that usually also involves a heavier controller or a second tower.
Who this is for
Households with a lot of generation, a dynamic contract and a reason not to want to depend on the grid. A detached house out in the countryside where the grid fails more often. A practice or workshop at home. Someone who charges a car and has a heat pump and still wants to run mostly on their own power.
What 36 kWh doesn't solve
The power stays at 8 kW. During an outage you can keep going for a long time, but you can't draw more load than with four fewer modules. Anyone who wants to keep charging during a power cut with an 11 kW EV charger will be disappointed here. That's the honest limit of this system and it doesn't change with a bigger battery.
Charging takes time
From completely empty, a full charge at 8 kW takes just over four and a half hours. On a sunny summer day that's achievable. In December you won't get that 8 kW from your panels and you'll top up from the grid, ideally during the cheap hours of your contract.
Installation
Four modules, a controller and a gateway. Budget half a day of extra work and 500 euros on top of the standard installation package for the backup power circuits.
