10.2 kWh home battery with hybrid inverter, single-phase

Anyone getting their first home battery here gets a SolaX X1 Hybrid 5.0-G4 inverter with two Triple Power modules of 5.1 kWh, 10.2 kWh of storage together. The inverter controls the solar panels and the battery, the modules stack separately alongside it.
This is the smallest size in the X1 range and suits a household mainly wanting to avoid feeding solar power back for a few cents during the day. A couple in a terraced house with ten to fifteen panels, without a heat pump and without a car charging at home, often gets a long way with this. If a heat pump or charger gets added later, 10.2 kWh is on the tight side.
SolaX builds the X1 Hybrid G4 with ports for a fixed number of these modules, and two is the lowest number the inverter accepts according to its own specifications. So this combination isn't something we made up ourselves, but the smallest setup the manufacturer describes for this inverter. The bundle price is the inverter and the two modules added together and rounded down, so it's never cheaper to buy separately. It mainly saves you having to work out which parts belong together yourself. Certified installation to the Dutch NEN 1010 standard is included.
