We supply, your installer places it
With a home battery we do handle the installation, with commercial storage we do not. That is a choice, not a shortcoming. A cabinet of 50 or 100 kWh stands or falls with the connection, the setup and the inspection, and that work belongs with an installer who knows your building and your grid operator. We make sure the equipment is right, fits together and arrives on time. That is more honest than pretending we have a fitter driving around everywhere.
How such a project runs
It starts with your consumption data. We ask for your quarter-hourly values and your contracted power and look at where your peaks are and how long they last. From that follows which capacity in kWh and which power in kW you need, and therefore which system. Those two do not always move together: a business with short, high peaks mainly needs power, a business with surplus power during the day mainly needs capacity.
Then comes the quote with the complete parts list, so battery, inverter, metering and accessories. Your installer works out the connection side and handles the notification to the grid operator. We supply and are available for the technical questions that come up during the build.
What your installer arranges
The location and the floor load, the connection to your main distribution board, the protection and earthing, the notification and handover to the grid operator, and the final inspection. Ask him about maintenance too: with liquid-cooled cabinets, the cooling circuit belongs in a maintenance contract, and that is not a detail you want to discover a year later.
Where it gets stuck in practice
Almost never on the battery itself. It gets stuck on the lead time at the grid operator, on a location that turns out too tight or not level, or on a delivery route a cabinet of hundreds of kilos cannot pass through. Check those three things early. They cost weeks if you leave them, and an afternoon if you check them beforehand.

Mention that in your request. We look along at the connection and the handover and put you in touch with a party who has done this before. You remain the client of that installer yourself, we do not sit in between. That keeps responsibilities clear if something goes wrong.
