Which data, and why

We process the data you provide yourself when placing an order or asking a question: name, address, email address, phone number and order details. We use these to process, deliver and invoice your order and to answer your questions.

Who we share data with

We only share data with parties needed to fulfil your order: the webshop platform (Lightspeed), the payment provider, the delivery service, the email provider and the hosting party. If you choose installation, we share the necessary details with the installation company. We make agreements with every party about the protection of your data.

Cookies

Our website uses functional cookies that are needed to make the shop work. As soon as we start using analytics or advertising services, we will ask for your consent first and update this statement with a cookie overview.

Retention period

We keep your data no longer than needed for the purpose we collected it for, or for as long as the law requires us to, for example for tax records.

Your rights
