Shipping

Small items such as cables, meters and accessories are sent as a parcel. Batteries, inverters and other heavy or bulky items (from roughly 25 kg) go on a pallet with a carrier. For a pallet delivery we contact you in advance to arrange the drop-off.

The expected delivery time is shown on each product page. As soon as your order is scheduled for shipping, you will hear from us. Shipping costs: [INPUT DENNIS: tarieven pakket/pallet].

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. You report this within that period, after which you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Legal exceptions

In a number of situations the right of withdrawal does not apply, or only partially. This includes products that have already been installed or taken into use, and sealed products where the seal has been broken after delivery. Not sure whether your situation falls under this? Ask us before you start using the product.

The returns process step by step

1. Report your return within 14 days via [INPUT DENNIS: retour-contact].
2. Pack the product in the original packaging as far as possible, complete with all accessories.
3. Send it to [INPUT DENNIS: retouradres]. The cost of returning it is [INPUT DENNIS: voor rekening klant/ons].
4. After receipt and inspection we refund the purchase amount within the statutory period.

Received a damaged product? Report it within a few days with photos and we will find a solution together.
